What it does

Grill with Docs asks precise questions about a proposed change, finds the decisions that have not been made yet, and records the answers in the project’s own documentation.

Use it when

• A plan sounds plausible but important choices remain implicit.
• You want to preserve decisions before turning them into a specification.

Probably not for: Work that is already fully specified and only needs implementation.
