Code Review checks the diff for behavioral gaps, regressions, and violations of the project’s documented expectations, then reports concrete findings in priority order.

Use it when

• A change is implemented and needs evidence-backed review.
• You need to compare the result with both the spec and repository conventions.

Probably not for: General brainstorming or rewriting working code without a concrete finding.
